上次分享了幾家也是在CBD的咖啡店，這次分享墨爾本一些其他的特色店。在這篇文章，除了有我在墨爾本遊走不同咖啡店的記錄，更希望與大家分享這個「咖啡之都」中，遊走各間特別小店的體驗。

Having written about some cafes in CBD in my last article, and this time we will visit some other special cafes located in different parts of Melbourne. Here, I want to document my cafè-hopping experience in the city, and to share with you guys what and why I love this city of caffeine.

Seven Seeds Coffee Roaster

359 Little Bourke Street, Melbourne

Seven seeds是一家咖啡烘焙廠、咖啡店和批發商。不僅是提供咖啡和餐點，你亦可以買到咖啡豆，和各種他們品牌的相關產品——香料茶糖漿、環保袋和帽子等等。店中非常寬敞，劃分了幾個區域；很多在角落也是很不錯的拍照點。適逢是午餐時間，很多人也叫了食物，分量大之外，看起來亦非常美味。這次我們只嘗了咖啡，味道卻不算很突出，咖啡還有點不夠熱⋯⋯ 可能是因為客人太多，他們實在是有點太忙了。

Seven seeds is a roaster, cafe and wholesaler based in Melbourne. Famous for their professional coffee beans, this place is more than just serving you coffee. Rather than that, it is a coffee brand with related products selling in the shop, from coffee beans, chai syrup, tote bag and caps. The place looks huge and amazing, and the food looks delicious (we have just ordered coffee since we are going to have lunch later). The quality of coffee is average and might be because they are quite busy all the time.

We still took some good photos in the shop anyway.

- Great Design inside an old Electricity Building -

 

Higher Ground

650 Little Bourke Street, Melbourne

Higher Ground是我這次在墨爾本中，唯一需要等待入座的地方（而非常值得）。它的前身是一座古老的發電樓，室內設計極有特色，非常高的天花和極美的傢具配搭，難怪是市內一家以設計著名的餐廳。不僅提供優質的手工咖啡，還提供不同食物（從早餐到晚餐）和一系列的葡萄酒等等。絕對值得一遊！

This is the only place in Melbourne which needs a short wait for a table - but it definitely worths it. Terrific interior, a very high ceiling and great design.  (guess that's how they are named, it was an old electricity building.) Not only serving good coffee, they also serve food (from Breakfast to Dinner) and wine. Definitely worth a visit!

- A Smell of Morning Coffee & Bread -

對許多人來說，麵包不僅是填飽肚子的食物，而是一種幸福的味道（身邊就很多麵包的愛好者！）。一步入Prahran市場（墨爾本一個有名的美食市場），一陣烘焙的香味就吸引我走到這家店前。從酵母麵包、長棍麵包到鹹或甜的麵包糕點，各種各樣的麵包都精美地擺放在他們的檯上。他們好客又熱情的店員亦很樂意的向你介紹不同的麵包製品。當我告訴他們我是純素食者時，他們清楚地介紹了所有純素的選擇；我也點了一杯熱巧克力（配杏仁奶），在冷冷的冬日早晨加添了一點暖意。

如果你是麵包愛好者，請不要錯過他們新鮮出爐的牛角酥和酵母麵包～

I do not know about you, but many of my friends and family love eating bread. Bread means so much more than bread to many people. When I get into Prahran Market, the smell of baked goods draw me into this place. A range of different bread, from Sourdough, baguette to savoury and sweet pastries, are beautifully placed in front of their shop. The lovely, welcoming staff will explain everything to you about their bread. When I tell them I am a vegan, they clearly introduced all the vegan options, and their hot chocolate (Vegan too!) with almond milk is so yummy. 

If you are a bread lover, don't miss their croissants (Vegetarian) and sourdough (Vegan)!

Melbourne Coffee Guide - 6 Shops To Visit / Part A

【尋找墨爾本的⋯⋯6家特色咖啡店/ 上】

自從幾年前成為咖啡愛好者之後，墨爾本一直是我想到訪的城市。

談起咖啡，差不多每個人都會想起澳洲，是有名的平白咖啡(Flat-white)的發源地。所以，在這篇文章，除了有我在墨爾本遊走不同咖啡店的記錄，更希望與大家分享這個「咖啡之都」中，遊走各間特別小店的體驗。

Melbourne has always been the top city that I want to visit since I became a coffee lover a few years ago. 

When talking about coffee, everyone loves the Aussie-vibes, with their signature cup of flat-white and awesome plates of food. So here, I want to document my cafè-hopping experience in Melbourne, and to share with you guys what and why I love this city of caffeine.

SHAMBER COFFEE BREWERS

423 Little Collins St, Melbourne

位於市中心的一家小咖啡店，是我在墨爾本的最後一天發現的。那天早上，在出發到機場前，我正想著要在臨走前再喝一本Flat White，所以便到酒店附近踫踫運氣。通常，在外地旅遊時，我會預先研究應該到哪些咖啡店，例如「2017最佳咖啡店」或「墨爾本最好的咖啡店」；誰知湊巧找到的Shamber Coffee Brewers，卻讓我如此難忘。

很喜歡他們白色和簡約的裝飾，杏仁奶沖成的Flat White也很好的喝。在店中的短短15分鐘， 發現很多在附近工作的人也會去買外賣咖啡，順道和咖啡師閒聊。除此之外，他們也有一些有趣的書本，讓你可以在留白小空間中閱讀、休息。

The little cafe located in the CBD, I discover this little white space on the last day in town - I was looking for a little short coffee break while waiting for my family to get ready and leave for the airport. Normally I will research about which coffee shops to visit, for example "the best coffee shops of the year", or "the place for best coffee in town", but Shamber Coffee Brewers hasn't let me down. 

Love the white and minimal interior, and the almond milk flat white is awesome. Many people pop in for a takeaway coffee and casually chat with the barista. They also have some interesting books for you to read if you are going to stay in for a while.

Manchester Press

8 Rankins Lane, Melbourne

墨爾本的街頭巷尾總是充滿了驚喜，Manchester Press就是其中一個。在畫廊和獨立服裝品牌店的旁邊，小巷的盡頭是一家復古工業風格的咖啡店。高天花、磚牆、低掛燈……這些佈局也使小店更加特別。而在午飯時間，滿座的店就直接的表達了——這店對於當地人來說很有口碑的。

除了咖啡，他們還有不同的食物選擇，賣的主要是貝果包三文治(Bagel)。我選了“Shroom” - 烤蘑菇，涼拌白菜絲和自家燒烤醬(有素食/純素可供選擇)。吃上去很惹味，同時它也配上一份生菜沙拉。我朋友則點了“煙熏三文魚”，看上去也不錯。假如你也喜歡咖啡和貝果，就不要錯過這個地方了。

Lanes in Melbourne are full of surprises. Located in Rankins Lane, near to a gallery and an independent label clothing brand, Manchester Press is a vintage industrial style coffee shop. High ceiling, brick wall with low hanging lamps, all these features make the shop more special. It is obviously a very well-known place for locals as it is full of people during lunch hour.

Besides coffee, they also have a bagel-based menu, I had "Shroom" - Roasted Field Mushroom, Coleslaw and House Made BBQ sauce. (Vegetarian/Vegan option are available.) It is full of taste and I like it comes with a side salad. My friend had "Smoked Salmon" open bagel, and she said it was nice too. A place not to miss if you love coffee and bagel.

Market Lane Coffee

83-85 Victoria St, Melbourne.

在香港和世界各地的咖啡店聽過“Market Lane”這個名字很多遍(不時也有咖啡店是使用他們的豆子)， 今次終於有機會到訪他們的店了。雖然他們的店上沒有提供植物奶(他們提供有機牛奶)，純素食者的我未可以在地品嘗到他的咖啡；但我帶了兩包他們的季節性咖啡豆回家，並用燕麥奶沖了拿鐵——它的味道簡直是太香濃了，品質優良這般咖啡豆，早知道的話我會帶更多回家呢！

Have long been hearing the name "Market Lane" in coffee shops in Hong Kong and different cities, for their high-quality coffee beans. Although they don't provide a milk alternative (they serve organic cow-milk), I brought two packs of their seasonal coffee beans back to Hong Kong and brew it with oat milk. It tastes simply amazing and I hope I've brought more!

3 Most Stylish London Cafès

When it comes to London, we can easily associate with the unique coffee culture and the creative caffeinated community. Of course, besides good coffee, I also love the good vibes and design of different shops; and their passion towards coffee and good food are always appreciated (Some cafès do serve a variety of breakfast & brunch food!). During my stay in London, there are few different coffee shops that I've been during my last trip and few more suggestions at the end of the article.

你喜歡怎樣去認識一個城市？是跑景點把旅遊書上的check point也去完、把照片傳發到社交媒體上；還是去認識一班新朋友，用最在地的方法去玩？
我喜歡把當地的藝術館看完，然後到各個特色的咖啡店飲一杯咖啡，再拿出照相機拍照、在本子上寫寫字 —— 在咖啡室感受一個地方的氣氛。今次想介紹幾間這趟倫敦之旅十分喜歡的咖啡店，無論是咖啡、設計還是friendly的barista，也讓我非常喜歡這個咖啡文化濃厚的城市。

1. Ozone Coffee Roasters
Not just a coffee shop, they also have their own coffee roasting area in the basement. They also serve a variety of food in brunch menu. What I really like in London, is that nearly every single coffee shops have Vegetarian/Vegan options. And that day I've had 2 Flat Whites(to satisfy my caffeine craving); and a chaff & organic spirulina chia pudding with blueberries & dark chocolate. The blue and green colour in the chia pudding makes it so appealing - I got a few messages on Instagram about it after I posted it on IG stories! It is also very fulfilling as a light breakfast. Also, the staff and baristas are really friendly and the shop is spacious. Highly recommend visiting Ozone if you're going to the trendy Shoreditch area.

2. Monmouth Coffee Roaster
Monmouth has the "World's Best Coffee" - yes, nobody would deny it. Being an iconic coffee brand and shop, their staff have abundant knowledge and passion about coffee. What I love about them is the location of their shop, just located in Borough Market(my favourite food paradise at all time). Be aware of the long queue tho, but the popular and yummy coffee always deserve a wait!

3. TAP Coffee
Located in Soho, you will be impressed by the stylish interior design of the shop when passing by. Light enters the cafe through the glass ceiling, and the vibe is chill and relax. I spent an afternoon there drawing some postcards (Yes! I like sketch my postcards to my friend).

4. Department of Coffee and Social Affairs 
Located at a small lane off Carnaby Street, we are surprised that many types of Vegan cakes available too!

5. London Grind
Just at London Bridge, London Grind has a really good vibes and friendly staff.

6. Barber & Parlour
Combines grooming, with a space to eat, drink and shop; and I love the interior design of the house.

And also a few of my snap shots during the trip. (And it is a surprise that we are able to witness the "Pride in London" parade too. I cannot describe how much happiness I felt everywhere on that Sunday afternoon. #LoveisLove)

Not just about the coffee, but the atmosphere, and people of the coffee shops.
