還記得去年我們舉辦過「正念。陰瑜伽」的特別課堂嗎?大家除了也很喜歡課上所認識到的「正念」概念和如何在瑜伽中培養覺知外,也被啟發到把正念帶到日常生活之中。今年佛誕翌日,我們將再重辦一場工作坊,亦把課堂時間延長了,希望可以跟大家分享更多。

  • The class will be guided in Cantonese.
    本課堂將以廣東話授課。

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before to get change, settle yourself in, or even do a pre-class meditation/ savasana in silence. Slowing down our pace and get ready for the mindful practice.
    請在課堂時間之前10-15分鐘到達,安頓自己,放慢腳步;把手機關掉,為正念練習做好準備。

  • As spaces are limited (max 7 students), please book earlier to reserve your mat, booking on a first-come-first-serve basis.
    由於課堂名額有限(最多可容納7名學生),請盡可能提早預約,我們會以先到先得的方式留位。

  • Minimum students per class will be 4 pax. If there is less than 3 pax enrolled, we will contact you 3 days before for class cancellation. 最少4名學生才開課,如課堂需要取消,我們會在課堂前3天個別通知同學。

  • Because of the nature of this special course, we are not able to refund the tuition if you miss the class/ cancellation after confirming your space. If you have plans change, please talk to us before 1 Nov for further arrangement.
    因課堂特別設計,一旦報名確認,我們將不可更改/ 退還學費;假若你的計劃可能有變,請預早在十一月一日前與我們聯繫以重新安排課堂。

/Living the Being/ immersive workshop
與自己同在 自我發掘工作坊

成長的路上,我們本應是最了解自己的人;可是緊促的生活與責任、過往的傷口和未曾面對的情緒等等,會妨礙我們接觸最真實的自己。It’s ok to be not ok,也許我們需要的,並非一堆讓人分心的事情,而是好好坐下來,學習觀察自己每一個細微的身體感受、情感和思緒,細聽心的說話。一連四星期,與自己同在,用心探索那個陌生又熟悉的「自己」。

 

四星期主題探索 4-week Themed Exploration

Week 1|正念閱讀身體感受,重啟敏銳的覺知 Reactivating body sensitivity & Harnessing physical energy

我們的身體記載著所有事情。過去的經歷、留著的記憶、心的感受都會留在細胞內;同時,她每刻接收、處理和反應於外在和內在發生的訊息。學習正念地閱讀她轉達有關我們的需要,是學懂聆聽自己的第一步。從了解身體實質呈現的感覺,跟她和好,能讓我們慢慢重拾那個幼年的自己曾經擁有的直覺和自主。
Our body is an intelligent platform to receive, process, and give responses to signals externally and intrinsically. Understanding how to read our physical sensations offers us information to align better with our needs and to connect better with our intuition.

Week 2|誠實面對情緒,才能順流地生活 Trusting in emotions & Flowing with emotional energy

情緒是我們的守護者,負責告知我們內心的渴求。情緒為我們的生命帶來色彩,使豐富的經歷變得細緻和深刻,潤飾了我們作為人能擁有的情感厚度。然而,她亦能為我們翻起巨浪,一不小心沉沒在情緒的海床,難以自拔。學習怎樣與她共處,誠實地面對自己的情感,才能擁抱生命中的黑暗與光明,好好被愛和去愛。
Emotions give colors to life, drive the intensity of experience, and walk us across the spectrum of feelings where we can blissfully engage as humans. Understanding how we can healthily work with emotions allows us to live a more vivid life with compassion for ourselves and others.

Week 3|填補成長的缺口,活出真正的自我價值 Reclaiming self-worth & Reprogramming subconscious identity

沒有一個人是沒有傷痕的。明白生命的本意不是為了要我們活得完美,只需要完滿自己。學習辨清在性格和個人觀念中,哪些是承襲著過往環境的影響。讓自己從成長的外在期許中釋放出來,明白如何重新創造屬於你的自我價值,帶著新的信念發揮你獨有的力量,才能紮根於你的生命中,紮實地走。
We grow and learn by what the people and surrounding environment teach us since young, so our personalities and beliefs are greatly shaped under the collective consciousness. It is not uncommon at some points of life that we are lost in identities that others expect or demand. Understanding our core values helps to root into our individual uniqueness and living authentically with integrity.

Week 4|世界需要一個閃閃發光的你 Setting passion on fire & Exploring purpose of life

因著我們的經歷背景不同,而我們每刻為自己做的選擇也不同,才能成就著這麼多不同人生的可能性。每個人的存在,是一種正好的互補。人生無常,我們無法預知所有應對生命的方法,邊走邊學正是人類最大的適應能力,由我們出生第一日已經懂得。因此,你的人生智慧是獨一無二的。檢視自己的生命進程,學習堅定地走你心中嚮往的路。
Because of the differences we have by nature, we serve the best for the world to complement each other when we can live by our truths. What you learn through life becomes your wisdom and it is essential and invaluable to be fully recognized. It is the fuel that charges you with passion in life. It is when you will unapologetically walk the path of your true desire.

Special measures for COVID 疫情下安排

  • All students have to perform a temperature check before entering the studio.
    同學及導師必需進行體溫檢查。

  • Please take off the shoes on the mat once entered the studio, and wash/sanitize your hands before and after the class.
    入門後在地墊上脫鞋,放好後並先洗手。

  • Please wear a mask during class, before & after class.
    課堂期間及課堂前後也須佩戴口罩,導師亦會一直佩戴口罩。

  • Although yoga mat is provided, you are welcome to bring a wipe to clean the mat again before the practice. We recommend bringing your own mat, which is much more hygienic and best for your spiritual practice. Remember to bring your water bottle & towel too. Equipment is sanitized before and after each session.
    我們有提供瑜伽墊,而為了個人衛生,可以選擇自備瑜伽墊/毛巾,和自備水及毛巾。

  • Anyone who has returned or lives with anyone who has returned from overseas must refrain from attending our class for 21 days commencing their date of return.
    請注意,任何人如由外地返港,或與外地返港人士同住,請21天內暫時不要參加我們的課堂。
